In case you haven't heard, I have officially decided on which college to attend... BYU-IDAHO! I am so excited! My parents took me and two of my besties up to Rexburg a couple of weeks ago to go apartment searching and to get a look at campus. And we absolutely fell in LOVE. I am rooming with Mary Evans and Sarah Jensen. Mary's cousin Tori is joining us also. Our apartment is La Jolla. It is really nice and even has it's own salon, we get either a free haircut/mani/pedi/ or..Tanning! once a month. I depart on Sept. 8! I am so excited to graduate and go to college! But I will miss my family..mom. :)
Don't worry, I won't get married for a while.

Injury
It has been a long time since I last updated, but a sad occurrence has happened. I was at a dance competition last Saturday at Murray High School for my high school dance team. I was in the middle of our dance routine when I landed a leap wrong and twisted my foot. I was not able to continue the competition and was in a splint until I got home. We had our neighbor doctor come over and look at my foot. I had to go get x-rays in the ER that night. Luckily, my foot is just badly sprained, really swollen, and bruised all over. I ventured my first day at school on crutches, and it was the most tiring thing that I have ever done. I am wearing a shoe right now, and am going to have to wear a boot. The doctors said that it would probably take a couple of weeks for my foot to heal completely, and I can start dancing again. Lets hope and pray it heals fast!

Thanksgiving Break!
School is officially out for Thanksgiving break! only two days of school. that is the dream week. I am so excited to spend the holiday with family! (the family that is here.) I get to sleep in. and get over being sick. again. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, here is a list that I am grateful for:
1. Books. I am currently on the third book of the Hunger Games trilogy.
2. Josh Groban. I love his voice! I possibly believe that every day I listen to a song sung by him.
3. Music. Acapella, Madrigals, and all the Christmas music on the radio :)
4. Snow. The blizzard is scheduled for today. And I am anxiously waiting for it.
5. Family. My family has to be one of the best. We are all just so close to each other, and I am indeed grateful for them. (even though being the youngest has it's disadvantages, it's still amazing)
6. And of course the Gospel. I am currently serving as the Laurel Class President, and it has affected me for good. The girls are adorable. And I have become so much closer to the Lord the last little while.
Happy Thanksgiving! Make it a good one.

I am 18!
Yes. The big even has happened. I have officially turned 18 years old! I have not yet taken any action of using my age, but I plan to buy some dry ice someday! My birthday was spectacular. My mom and I went shopping, clothes!, and then my family came over for dinner and then we all went to the Corn Maze at Thanksgiving Point. It was a blast! Unfortunately we are too smart for the world, we didn't get lost. We found our way pretty easily on the first time. Then we decided to try it again, this time following the path instead of taking shortcuts. It took us a little longer, but we still triumphed over the corn stalks! Every year my birthday falls on Fall Break for School. So a week later I had my birthday party. It was just a hang out at my house, we played Dance Dance Revolution and watched Rear Window. It was a great birthday! And now I feel old..even though I'm not.

Needed Update.
School has officially started! I am now a Senior in High School! This year is going to be so much fun. and very busy. I am on the Competition Dance Team at school. I am also in the Acappella and Madrigal choir at school. I am the head secretary for Acappella, so basically I haven't really been singing yet. I've been doing office stuff. I am also the Laurel Class President. As you can see I have a busy year in front of me. But it is going to be exciting! Devin and Toni get married this Friday :) and I am sick today. :P lets hope it passes quick! I would hate to be sick on the wedding day.
Nothing really has happened this summer, except for some camping trips, girls camp, youth conference. I will update later!

PROM!!
The time has come in my life. The biggest event in High School..........PROM!! Haha. It might not be the biggest event in High School, but it is pretty important. :) I got to go to Prom on Saturday April 24, 2010. My date was: Ryan Rostrom! It was the best date that I have ever been on! So here in Provo, we do a Day Date, then the big dance/date at night. So at about 12 I got picked up. We went to our friend's cabin, up in the mountains. The boys made us crepes, they were delicious! We just hung out at the cabin. Tried to go on a hike, couldn't find the trail, played on the tramp, and the swing set. And we even found a fish pond, which followed by my foot falling into a mud hole. But it was all worth it! At 6 Ryan picked me up! We met our group at the Sudweek's house for dinner (Clinton Sudweeks was in our group) It was so amazing! They put out china, and the parents served us! A guy in our group put it very well, "So everyone, how did you like the opera?" It completly felt like we were some fancy, rich people who went out to amazing restaurants after the play, or opera. We took a couple of pictures at the house. Then we went to the dance, took more pictures, and did the promanode. (all the couples walk down stairs, and everyone takes their picture) Then we did some more dancing. After the dance we went to Nathan's house (another guy in our group) where we watched a movie and had more dessert!! It was so much fun! It just means that I'm growing up! ;) It was so much fun to get all dolled up! Fancy Dress and Hair!!

This is our group!

My date is the second one in on the left. (really tan, if you can tell in this picture)
