Long time.. No Post..
Yes it has been a long while since I have updated. Here are the events that have happened since last time..
1) Senior Ball.
This is the "Prom" for just Seniors. Pretty amazing. We did a day activity called "The Amazing Race" Kind of like the show. Each couple was their own team, and we went around town doing all sorts of different events! We even had matching t-shirts :) Then we had dinner at Sleepy Ridge Golf Course, went back to a house to take pictures, and then back to the dance. Then movie night after the dance. It was a ball.. no pun intended. :)

Me and Nick

Our Group!
2) Graduation!!
Yes. It is true. I have officially graduated from High School! It was the best ever! It went like the usual graduation ceremony..but... we did a flash mob!! We danced and sang to Journey's "Don't stop Believing"-Glee Version.
Our commencement was actually one of the best. Our speakers were short and to the point..and. of course the flash mob!

Oh ya. Me and Mary with the Student Body Pres. aka. our friend Ben.

The girls :)

Me and my very best friend Alex.
ps. you can look up and watch the flash mob on you tube. just search timpview flash mob!

Bridaho? BYU-I do?
In case you haven't heard, I have officially decided on which college to attend... BYU-IDAHO! I am so excited! My parents took me and two of my besties up to Rexburg a couple of weeks ago to go apartment searching and to get a look at campus. And we absolutely fell in LOVE. I am rooming with Mary Evans and Sarah Jensen. Mary's cousin Tori is joining us also. Our apartment is La Jolla. It is really nice and even has it's own salon, we get either a free haircut/mani/pedi/ or..Tanning! once a month. I depart on Sept. 8! I am so excited to graduate and go to college! But I will miss my family..mom. :)
Don't worry, I won't get married for a while.

Injury
It has been a long time since I last updated, but a sad occurrence has happened. I was at a dance competition last Saturday at Murray High School for my high school dance team. I was in the middle of our dance routine when I landed a leap wrong and twisted my foot. I was not able to continue the competition and was in a splint until I got home. We had our neighbor doctor come over and look at my foot. I had to go get x-rays in the ER that night. Luckily, my foot is just badly sprained, really swollen, and bruised all over. I ventured my first day at school on crutches, and it was the most tiring thing that I have ever done. I am wearing a shoe right now, and am going to have to wear a boot. The doctors said that it would probably take a couple of weeks for my foot to heal completely, and I can start dancing again. Lets hope and pray it heals fast!

Thanksgiving Break!
School is officially out for Thanksgiving break! only two days of school. that is the dream week. I am so excited to spend the holiday with family! (the family that is here.) I get to sleep in. and get over being sick. again. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, here is a list that I am grateful for:
1. Books. I am currently on the third book of the Hunger Games trilogy.
2. Josh Groban. I love his voice! I possibly believe that every day I listen to a song sung by him.
3. Music. Acapella, Madrigals, and all the Christmas music on the radio :)
4. Snow. The blizzard is scheduled for today. And I am anxiously waiting for it.
5. Family. My family has to be one of the best. We are all just so close to each other, and I am indeed grateful for them. (even though being the youngest has it's disadvantages, it's still amazing)
6. And of course the Gospel. I am currently serving as the Laurel Class President, and it has affected me for good. The girls are adorable. And I have become so much closer to the Lord the last little while.
Happy Thanksgiving! Make it a good one.

I am 18!
Yes. The big even has happened. I have officially turned 18 years old! I have not yet taken any action of using my age, but I plan to buy some dry ice someday! My birthday was spectacular. My mom and I went shopping, clothes!, and then my family came over for dinner and then we all went to the Corn Maze at Thanksgiving Point. It was a blast! Unfortunately we are too smart for the world, we didn't get lost. We found our way pretty easily on the first time. Then we decided to try it again, this time following the path instead of taking shortcuts. It took us a little longer, but we still triumphed over the corn stalks! Every year my birthday falls on Fall Break for School. So a week later I had my birthday party. It was just a hang out at my house, we played Dance Dance Revolution and watched Rear Window. It was a great birthday! And now I feel old..even though I'm not.
